Sierra Integrated Systems has developed a systematic process to streamline the execution and
installation of home automation & home theater projects:
- Understand the customer’s requirements and preferences and propose any combination or all of the following systems to meet their needs: Whole-house Audio, Video, Lighting Control, Automated Shading, Home Theater & Acoustics, Security, and Automatic Climate Control systems (HVAC).
- Make the proposed systems easy to use and within budgetary expectations.
- Review & refine the project scope for the customer’s approval.
- Make a detailed design of the systems and write interface documents to coordinate with other trades.
- Coordinate with other sub-contractors such as general contractor, electrician, cabinet maker, and interior designer.
- Manage the Project during each stage of the installation process: Prewire, Trim, Finish, Programming, & Training
- Upon completion, train the customer in the use of the systems
